Funeral service for Ms. Harper will be on Monday, June 17, 2019, at 11:00 am, at New Harvest Church in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, with Pastor Anderson Walker officiating. Burial will follow at Cedar Oak Memorial Park. Public viewing will be in the chapel of Williams Service Funeral Home on Sunday, June 16, 2019, from 4:00 pm until 5:00 pm, with the family receiving friends from 5:00 pm until 6:00 pm.
