In profound sorrow Williams Service Funeral Home announces the death of Mrs. Kay Fairrel Fitzgerald Hughes, who passed on Thursday, April 4, 2019, at Piedmont Fayette Hospital in Fayetteville, Georgia. Funeral service for Ms. Hughes will held on Saturday, April 20, 2019 at 12:00 Noon at Mt. Sinai United Methodist Church in Mantua, Greene County, Alabama.  Burial will follow at the Homesite of Alveta and Judge Hughes. Williams Service Funeral Home is handling all arrangements.
