Williams Service Funeral Home announces the death of Mr. George Lee Bailey of Tuscaloosa, Alabama, who passed away on Friday, August 28, 2026, at DCH Regional Medical Center. A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, September 12, 2026, at Weeping Mary Baptist Church. A Viewing will take place on Friday, September 11, 2026, in the Chapel of Williams Service Funeral Home, from 12:00 Noon until 5:00 pm. Burial will follow in West Highland Memorial Cemetery near 21st Street in Tuscaloosa. Mr. Bailey will lie in state at the church for public viewing one hour before the funeral.
