Mrs. Hall will be open for public viewing Friday, July 23 from 12 noon til 6 p.m and placed in church one hour prior to funeral time. Rev. Carlos Thornton will officiate. Burial will take place in the Cedar Oak Memorial Park with Williams Service Funeral Home providing professional services.
